Motor Truck General Liability insurance provides the following coverages:
Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability Personal Injury and Advertising Injury Liability Medical Payments Products-completed operations Damage to premises rented to you (available for 7 days or less)
Personal or advertising injury covers injury to a person or entity that is not physical in nature and is the result of negligence on your part. An example would be if you use another company’s logo in your advertising.
Medical Payments insurance cover physical injuries to people that are typically not on your premises but may become injured while on your property. If a customer is on your premises and slips and falls in the parking lot, Motor Truck General Liability insurance may provide coverage.
Products-completed operations provides coverage for bodily injury or property damage that happened due to delivering someone else’s goods.
